Hello & Welcome!

I’m a therapist who is deeply passionate about helping kids with ADHD. These kids may be in my office due to behavioral issues at school, low self-esteem, and/or struggles with emotional regulation. My job is to support each child in a way that best suits their personal growth. I aim to help them reach their unique full potential.

For a long time, I didn’t understand why I enjoyed working with kids who have ADHD so much. Then it clicked. I realized that I connected with them because I also have ADHD.

My story is pretty typical for women who have ADHD. I wasn’t diagnosed until I was in my mid-20s, while I was in graduate school for psychology. My life made so much more sense when I learned about Inattentive ADHD.

I had experienced every one of the symptoms since I was a child. ADHD is still very much a part of my life. And, I have a pretty whole life of creativity, purpose, and connection.

I want to share what I’ve learned with you through my education and personal experiences. I want to clear up confusion, common Misconceptions, and offer a more accurate picture of ADHD.

I hope a better understanding of ADHD will 1. help give support to yourself and/or someone you love, 2. help you grow with your ADHD, and 3. help you face fewer challenges. Also, Learning more lets you appreciate the positive aspects of ADHD.
